This page sets out the full terms and conditions that players must follow when using the af59apk platform.
General Introduction
These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between af59apk and any player who uses the af59apk website or any of its related services. By accessing the site, opening an account, or using any service, a player is considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
af59apk may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Players are encouraged to read this page carefully and regularly.
1. Account Registration & Eligibility
1.1 Age Requirement
Players must be at least 21 years old to use af59apk services. Accounts opened by anyone under 21 may be closed immediately by af59apk.
1.2 One Account Per Person
Each player may only open one account at af59apk. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If this rule is breached, funds in the relevant accounts may be forfeited and the accounts suspended.
1.3 Accurate Information Required
Players must provide accurate personal information when registering. Accounts opened with false or third-party information may be suspended. af59apk may request a National Registration Card (NRC) or other valid identification at the time of withdrawal.
1.4 Account Security
Players must not share their login password with anyone. You must play your own account yourself — allowing a third party to play on your behalf is not permitted. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].
2. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
2.1 Deposits
af59apk accepts KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. When making a deposit, players must transfer using their own name only — transfers made through a third party will not be accepted.
2.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be sent to the payment account registered under the player's name.
2.3 Withdrawal and Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings earned from bonus funds, a 15x wagering requirement on the total bonus amount must be completed. If you take any bonus offer and request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement for that bonus, the bonus funds may be forfeited.
2.4 Payment Disputes
If a discrepancy or issue occurs with a payment, the player must contact af59apk within 24 hours via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Disputes raised after 4 days will be difficult to investigate, so please get in touch as soon as possible.
3. Bonus and Promotion Policy
3.1 First Deposit Bonus
af59apk offers players a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. A 15x wagering requirement on the total bonus amount must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 24,000 Ks bonus for a total of 44,000 Ks; that 24,000 Ks bonus × 15 = 360,000 Ks in wagering must be completed before a withdrawal is allowed.
3.2 Bonus Terms of Use
- The bonus is available once per account only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash immediately — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met.
- For wagering calculations, slots games contribute 100%; the contribution rate for live casino games may vary by game type and will be stated clearly at the time of claiming.
- af59apk may change or discontinue any offer without prior notice.
- Playing patterns considered to be bonus abuse — for example, hedging by placing opposing bets on both sides in order to extract a bonus — may result in the bonus being cancelled.
3.3 Referral Promotion
A player who refers a friend to af59apk will receive 5% of that friend's first deposit (up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks) as bonus funds, plus a weekly commission of 0.1% of the friend's total wagering.
4. Gaming Ethics and Prohibited Conduct
4.1 Fair Play
Players must play only on their own behalf — playing on behalf of a third party is not permitted. The outcome of games will be confirmed based solely on the results recorded by the af59apk system; if there is a discrepancy with a player's own records, the af59apk records will be treated as authoritative.
4.2 Prohibited Actions
- Attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently
- Using software tools (bots, scripts, hacking tools) to play
- Playing with the intent to launder money
- Colluding with other players or attempting to defraud the platform
- Being abusive or disrespectful toward staff or other players
Any financial gains obtained through violations of these rules may be voided and the account may be permanently banned.
4.3 Technical Failures
If a technical failure on the platform gives players an unfair advantage, af59apk reserves the right to void the results of those games. Withdrawals of funds available at that time may be restricted and stakes may be refunded.
5. VIP Levels and Cashback
5.1 VIP Levels
af59apk's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can move up based on their play volume and standing — Bronze members can earn up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver up to 0.7%; and Gold up to 1.0%.
5.2 Cashback Eligibility
Cashback is calculated weekly and credited directly to the player's account. Cashback is real cash, not bonus funds, so there is no wagering requirement — it can be withdrawn straight away.
6. Personal Data Security
6.1 Data Protection
af59apk protects players' personal information using SSL encryption. Players' data will not be sold or shared with third parties — the specific policies related to this can be read on the Privacy Policy page.
6.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification
KYC verification of a player may be carried out at the time of withdrawal or at a time determined by af59apk. This may include a copy of a national ID and proof of payment account. Withdrawals may be put on hold until complete documentation has been submitted.
7. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
7.1 Service Interruption
af59apk may temporarily suspend services due to technical maintenance, force majeure events, or related technical issues. How any games or game results lost by players during such an interruption are handled will be decided by af59apk.
7.2 Player Responsibility
Since gambling involves risks, players are responsible for their own decisions. af59apk will not be liable for any financial losses resulting from gambling. You can read our Responsible Gaming policy.
7.3 Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises between a player and af59apk, the player must first contact [email protected] to raise the issue. af59apk will respond within 7 days. If the player is not satisfied with the outcome, a formal complaint may be submitted — however, af59apk's dispute resolution process must be followed first before any unilateral action is taken.
8. Account Suspension Policy
8.1 Suspension by Player
A player may request to close their account voluntarily by contacting [email protected]. If there is a remaining balance, it will only be paid out in accordance with the withdrawal policies.
8.2 Suspension by af59apk
If a player is found to have clearly violated these terms and conditions, af59apk may immediately suspend the account without prior notice and void any bonus funds and winnings derived from them. The original deposit will be handled in accordance with the refund policy.
